The Asiate Ceiling is a silvered glass sculpture suspended in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, New York. Thoughtfully paired to work with the restaurant’s spectacular views above Central Park, the space creates a truly unforgettable dining experience.
Made of one interlocking and balanced steel structure cantilevering from central hanging points, the sculpture is a complex branching assembly of silvered blown glass. We engineered a universal and locking joint mechanism to interconnect the structure on site.
